When my vet prescribed Prednisone for my cat's allergies, she gave me a few Chicken flavor Pill Pockets to try on my once-feral cat. She suggested the treats be hidden in the cat's canned food. I had looked everywhere to find this crate in the older style model which the company changed about a year ago. The description when I ordered it said it had the stake tie down straps which is specifically what I wanted to secure crates on a rack in my van for travel to shows and the pictures showed the larger mesh window areas of the older model which provide better ventilation. What I got was the newer model which doesn't have tie down straps and has smaller mesh windows. The picture still shows the larger mesh window area and stake tie down straps, which is not what the newer model has. The description has now been changed to reflect the newer mode, but picture has not been changed. Amazon should make sure their pictures and description reflect exactly what they are selling!
This brand crate is well made and holds up well as I have three of the older model this size and two of a larger size model. I do not like the changes the company made to the newer version though being smaller mesh windows on sides and no tie down straps.

Since I spend alot of my time at home in a south facing room (sun room) at my computer, this is where my cat wants to be. The windowsills, however, are less than an inch thick, made of wood. Although I have a cat door, this cat prefers to stay indide. She needed a cat perch. The Lazy Pet Window Perch is perfect. Although I am mechanically impared, this perch was "installed" in one hour. Actually, it sits on a strip of double-sided "tape". The "legs" are adjustable. The "tape" was adaquate for even a very narrow windowsill. The Window Perch is very sturdy with a washable cover. No drilling, screws, etc. My cat took to it instantly. She is a medium size cat. After several months of daily, prolonged use, this perch shows no signs of instability. She does not, however, jump up on it - she walks the windowsills then sinks into it. My cat and I are both very happy! (the enclosed toy was ignored). The cover is cream, as shown.

Where the Drinkwell has lots of pieces with hard to clean corners that attract hair and dirt, and a fragile pump, the Catit fountain is small, very sturdy, super easy to keep clean, and it keeps on working. I got it because one cat prefers to drink out of a tap, and the other laps water right onto the floor instead of into her mouth. This works for both. Mine is in the kitchen and I simply change out the water every second day, if I'm lazy I will top it off with fresh water. I have never had to disassemble the pump or replace the filter. It's quieter than a regular fountain, because the water flows from the middle over the little dome, instead of pouring into a bowl. So it does not splash either, even when you accidently bump it. It took less than an hour for the cats to figure out what it's for, even though at first the tap drinker was determined not to be seen drinking from it. The pump is also very quiet. It's simple to assemble, and mine has been running for 5 months straight without any problems. No leakage, no overflow. Ignore the little red dot when you fill it up, you can see when the water level is high enough. Keep a glass of fresh water around for in case the power goes out. I am certain that my cats are drinking a lot more water since the arrival of this fountain. I highly recommend it.

My vet had recommended Royal Canin for my older cat because he had slight tartar buildup and because I was told it would lower the p.H. of his urine. Unfortunately, it was over .00 for an eight-pound bag, it smelled awful, and it contained by-products. Next, I tried Nutro, but I was shocked at some of the things I read about the product (such information can be found via a Google search). Finally, I picked up some Wellness, which was much less expensive than the vet's stinky stuff, having read multiple raves about the product.

As soon as I opened up the bag of Wellness, my two fellas darted towards me. They scarfed down the Wellness, ignoring the Nutro in their bowls. The cats did not have any digestive problems, and they continued to ignore the other food, so after a few days, I simply gave them Wellness. Needless to say, they absolutely love it. One time, I left the bag open on the counter while I went to refill their water bowls. I heard a strange chomping sound intermingled with rustling, and turned around-- I could only see the behind of my older cat, as he was shamelessly snacking from the bag of Wellness!

And my two boys look absolutely amazing. Their soft fur is so shiny that it sparkles under the light! They have not had any issues with this food at all. Every time I come home or wake up, their bowls are always empty; my younger cat has even tried to lick his empty bowl in vain for any crumbs.

I won't be using any other products. Wellness is a little pricey, but our furry friends deserve nothing but the best.

We've had this waterer for DD's cats for several months now, and have had no problems with it. The design is great; it's got a wide sturdy base to resist tipping, it holds a good amount of water, and it's easy to clean.
I haven't had any problem at all with it getting gross. Rinsed a couple times a week, it never becomes the Petri Dish of the Laundry Room.
Others have mentioned the reservoir being of cheap, thin plastic, but I haven't found that the case with mine. It's amply heavy, slightly pliable, and has held up well.

Solid Gold makes a variety of products which include SeaMeal. I have used this product for years now, off and on. I admit to cutting back like everyone else does right now because of the economy. I will tell you that within a month, I could see the difference in my dogs' coats. I have bought the supplement again and am cutting back in other areas, but not when it comes to the health and well-being of my companion animals. I highly recommend all products made by the Solid Gold company. They have an excellent line of petfood with holistic ingredients and high end ingredients. You might want to consider some of their other products as well.

These discs work in conjunction with the Cats Rule line of litterboxes, although I suppose you could rig these in place on some other brand of litterbox. They do help decrease the odor but they're not going to completely disguise it, either; if you're looking for something to more effectively deodorize a litterbox, you might want to add baking soda to the litter. Mostly I like these because they help me not to gag so much on the litterbox when I first open it up.

I've been using soft paws soft paws for about a year now and they work great. I have a cat who given the chance would (and has) shred everything in the house. She also kicks when she gets off a person lap leaving deep scratches. The only drawbacks I've had with them it that she can't defend herself outside, i have to leave her thumbs free so she can climb the cat tree, and they can get caught in carpet and fabrics. So if you leave your cat alone for a few days I'd have someone check just in case.
If you can clip their toenail you can probably get them on, the best way is to do a few at a time the first go around. Work you way up to putting the whole set on in one setting.
