My cat loves these toys! They are awesome. I have had no shredding or eating problems. I think if you just watch your cat to see how it reacts to the toy, you'll know whether they can safely play with these. These provide hours and hours of fun, and keep my cat a Kitten (her name is Kitten...still playful after all these years). I now have two new kittens, and am buying more for them. I'll take the other reviews to heart, however, and watch my new kittens carefully while they are playing.

This toy is preferred by all our four cats. We had bought one a few years ago but it was totally worn out after a year (elastic string still good, but mouse was nude). Then bought 2 last year, but again, the fav toy. Just now bought 4. Cats love to carry the mouse around, play and chase the mouse when a human drags or flings it. Never had a chance to use the door attachment. Unpacked two of the four new bungarees, but our two youngest cats got the other two out themselves. I think this worked pretty well, though not entirely sure. When I recently moved to a new apartment that was carpeted, I think the previous tenant had cats or dogs with some problems with their urinary system, as my cats behavior dramatically changed and she started for the first time in her life to not use the litter box, preferring some places in the closet or - unfortunately - in the middle of the living room. I used the OUT! stain and odor remover a few times in the problem areas, which did remove the stain and the odor, and my cat has been using her litter box ever since.

Works well on those organic stain/smell issues, so I thought it would work well on other organic stains (red wine, dirt, etc.) but it didn't work so well.

Overall a great product, does exactly what it says it will.

This carrier is well made and has a lot of new features not found on older models, for example shoulder strap hooks, removable plastic bolts, for taking it apart, and a metal grill top that can be removed to remove the pet at the vets. The plastic bolts are less likely to rust. The only problem is the carrier handle. It should be redesigned. It's not secure. My wife was carrying a cat, when the handle came off. Lots of noise. We will only use it to carry cats to the vet, and I will figure a way to secure the handle.

Pioneer Pet 6022 Ceramic Drinking Fountain, Raindrop Design Review

This is the first time I've bought a fountain for my cat, and I've done quite a bit of research on them. Though there isnt much information about this fountain online compared to the drinkwell and petmate fountains, I went for this one after seeing what the insides of the other fountains looked like. I wanted to write this review in amazon so others can get a bit more information so they can make an informed choice.

The main advantages that this fountain has over others are:
1. It's CERAMIC. No scratches in the plastic leading to bacteria. No allergies to the plastic, which some cats get.
2. QUIET PUMP. The pump is absolutely silent. There are three settings on the pump and the first one gives no sounds whatsoever. I have it set on the second setting to get the sound of trickling water. The pump is still quet.
3. EASY TO CLEAN. This was the main reason I got this one. The Drinkwell and petmate fountains requires disassembly and cleaning with special brushes. This fountain is only THREE PARTS. The top part where the water flows down, the main bowl, and the pump. Since it's ceramic, I basically set it at the hottest water setting to scrub it down and sanitize. No special brushes, no bleeding knuckles.
4. NO LEAKS. Just because of the way this fountain is designed (top ceramic dish sits on top of the main bowl), there is no way it can possibly leak. Unless you crack the ceramic dishes, of course!
5. It's pretty.

The only thing I wonder about the other fountains is whether or not my cat would like the waterfall-type fountains. My cat seems to like to drink out of the part where the water comes out of the pump more than out of the bowl. Nevertheless, he gets fresh water and seems to enjoy it.

So far, I'm satisfied with the fountain, and my cat seems to like it, too. As for the pump, I'll have to see how long it lasts.
