its a "catnip pouch" that under Product Features clearly says "No bells or catnip". This is exactly what I wanted as I have my own catnip and would like to put it into a REFILLABLE pouch for my cat to play with. I also like that its supposedly made from ostrich feathers which I assumed my cat would enjoy more than fabric.
The product arrived stuffed with catnip and no way to put catnip into it. The catnip smells pretty good, but I'm very disappointed by the inaccurate product description.
It also is brown and orange, which i do like much better than the white/lavender of the picture.
I'm giving it four stars because even tho the description is wrong, the description will hopefully get fixed, and the product seems quality. So the four stars do not reflect my disappointment.
