Your cat will LOVE this product. Well made works with replacement windows too. Easy to assemble and install. The door works well and can be locked. The access shelf is a bit weak but after 6 months of use, has not caused a problem. Took my cat a few days to push the door but once she caught on she is out there all day and night.
